Project of the Month Clubs Information Sheet Two clubs to choose from: Canvas Challenge and Linen Sampling Click Here to view 2007's Projects of the Month. We’re changing the Project of the Month clubs just a little bit this year. Each club will consist of just five projects and you will have two months to complete each one. The projects in both clubs are more challenging than they have been in the past. Also, the two clubs will be available in alternating months. See the schedule below. Each project includes a free chart and a $7.50 fabric and thread pack. Photos of the projects will be available on the website when the kits are available for pick-up. If you complete the stitching on the previous bi-monthly project and bring it in during the designated pick up dates, then the next project’s fabric/thread pack is only $5.00. You will have two months to work on each project. The Canvas Challenge projects will contain more advanced canvas stitches including crescents, Amadeus, and Jessicas, while the Linen Sampling projects will include other stitches and techniques including hardanger, pulled work, and drawn thread. Both clubs will use a variety of threads as well. If you’re not local, you can still participate in the clubs. We will mail you the projects each month. Purchase the first project at the $7.50 charge plus shipping and handling. If you finish stitching the project before the next pick up date, send us a photocopy or scan of the piece and you will get the next project for $5.00. Shipping and handling will be $1.50 per project per month. Projects will be billed and mailed on the first pick up date for each project.
